Instructions on the election of village and volost councils are kept in the case file of the first Rural and Economic Labor Ponyushkovichi Commune, which was established on February 25, 1919. One of the organizers and the head of the commune was Ivan Stepanovich Guday, born in 1892 in the village. Tivnovichi, Gorbatsevichi parish, Bobruisk district, Minsk province, in a peasant family.
