The Decision of the Bobruisk City Executive Committee of December 19, 1995 No. 27-18 “On the prohibition of the sale of pyrotechnic devices (toys) by commercial enterprises of all forms of ownership and their use on the territory of the city” was adopted

A ban similar to the one in Bobruisk, but after 30 years in a modernized form, will be introduced at the national level.

Did you know that in 1995, the Bobruisk City Executive Committee adopted decision No. 27-18 dated 12/19/1995 “On the prohibition of the sale of pyrotechnic devices (toys) by commercial enterprises of all forms of ownership and their use on the territory of the city”.

This decision was made in connection with incoming complaints and statements from citizens of the city about accidents among children when using pyrotechnic devices.

Today in Belarus there is a resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 03.01.2025 No. 3 “On the turnover of pyrotechnic products”, which bans wholesale and retail trade in pyrotechnic products on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
