The Tourist Hotel, built in 1985 by architects G. Borokhov and A. Volovich, is one of the compositional accents of the Zadneprovsky residential area of Mogilev. The spatial composition is based on the contrast of a 7-storey residential building (consisting of 2 blocks turned at an angle to each other) and the attached volume of the restaurant. The unity of the architectural solution is emphasized by the horizontal belt that runs along the 1st floor of the residential building and the restaurant.
Today, the Tourist hotel complex unites various fields of activity: hotel and restaurant business, organization of conferences and seminars, tourism and sightseeing activities, recreation and entertainment.
