A resolution was adopted by the Council of Ministers of the BSSR on the establishment of a joint Hungarian-Belarusian-Austrian enterprise, the Chernobyl Debt International Health and Rehabilitation Center for Children of Belarus, and the Foundation for the Development and Operation of this center.
